I want to thank you and your staff for all you did to help us select and receive the beautiful miniature kiddush cups. We purchased these for our seniors who are residents of the Kobernick-Anchin campus here in Sarasota, Florida who previously had been using plastic cups! We dedicated the new kiddush cups at our Kabbalat Shabbat service - residents held the cups with such joy, they loved the Jerusalem design which reminded them of long-ago visits to Israel. Several residents with Alzheimer's spoke up, some for the first time in months. Thank you so much. Rabbi Barbara Aiello, resident rabbi, Kobernick Campus, Sarasota, FL
Silver and White Mah Tovu Menorah Cutout Shraga Landesman Mezuzah Case
This silver and white triangular mezuzah case features both a cutout menorah and the beginning of “Mah Tovu”, the traditional morning prayer said entering the synagogue. A fitting piece of Judaica for any home, synagogue, or personal areas of prayer.
“How great are your tents, Jacob, Your dwelling places, O Israel”! The iconic morning prayer known as Mah Tovu emblazoned in stylized Hebrew across this Judaica is perfect for any Jewish doorway. The 6-branched, 7-lamped menorah, an icon in Judaism, embellishes this silver and white mezuzah case along the bottom.
The menorah has lit the path for Jews of all traditions for millennia. This style of menorah was made of pure gold and first used in the Tent of Meeting by our prophet Moses while our people wandered the wilderness for forty years. Three hundred years later, this same menorah was used in our Great Temple in Jerusalem. It is the oldest symbol of Jewish faith in existence today. This Mah Tovu and Menorah mezuzah case is perfect for bringing the kavanah (the spirit) of our people to any location.
