Purple Enamel Mezuzah Case Set with Decorative Stones
This a beautiful Mezuzah case that is covered with a graceful purple enamel coat on its body and featuring the Hebrew letter "Shin" and decorated with beautiful white stones and scrolling lines that form a single column.
One of our beautiful Mezuzah cases, this piece of artistic Judaica is made from metal that has been covered in a graceful coat of purple enamel on its body. This makes for an excellent case to store the parchment scroll to hang on the entrance to your house, car or any room in the house as you fill the biblical commandment (mitzvah) of Mezuzah. The piece has silver scrolling lines that form a column that has two adjacent leaf shaped metal plates at the center with the Hebrew letter "Shin" on the top leaf. It is also decorated with beautiful glimmering clear stones inside the column.
A Mezuzah is piece of parchment that has been inscribed with the words of the Shema (Deuteronomy 6:9) by a highly trained scribe. The parchment is then rolled up, placed inside a decorative case then attached firmly to the door frames in Jewish households as commanded in the Torah - as translated by some in Judaism.
