- New unopened electronic devices can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- New opened electronic devices can be returned within 30 days for a 70% refund. After 30 days and up to 60 days, the item can be returned for a 60% refund.
- Books, CDs and DVDs that have obvious signs of use (taken out of their original plastic wrap) can be returned within 30 days for a 50% refund.
- Personalized jewelry, plaques, engraved Kiddush cups, etc. cannot be returned unless the return is the result of our error.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or if you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via our online contact form for your exchange options. Please include your order number and the product in question with the reason for the exchange in the message.
Please note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process email requests.
Shipping Times

Processing timedepends on when your order is received. The work week in Israel is from Sunday through Thursday. Orders received on Thursday after 4 pm will not be processed until the following Sunday. Similarly, orders received on Jewish religious or National Holidays will not be processed until the following work day. Most orders take 1-3 days to process.
Shipping timesoutside of Israel:
- Airmail packages can take up to 19 business days to arrive.
- Express shipping can take from 3 to 7 business days to arrive.
- Fedex shipping can take from 2 to 4 business days to arrive.

- Airmail 7-14 business days.

Customs
Customs clearance procedures can also cause delays beyond delivery estimates.
When ordering from Israel-catalog.com, you are responsible for assuring that the product that you ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country. You are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Israel may be subject to import taxes and customs fees. Charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient of the order.

Calculating Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on a number of factors including the desired service level, the type and quantity of items in your order, the total weight of the items and the destination country.
Delays in Delivery
In the event that an item is temporarily back ordered or out of stock, you will receive an email warning you of the delay. Since items from Israel-catalog.com are mailed directly from many different suppliers, delay notifications can take up to 4 business days.
Tracking my Order
Only orders sent registered mail, EMS or Fedex can be tracked. If you would like to receive your order's tracking information, please contact us via our online contact form and include your order # in your message.
All other orders have only shipping date information, the date your order left our warehouse.
