The standard flip-flop Y-strap is constructed of three very narrow strips of leather that arch together below the toe. The two strips that separate the wearer's toes are bound at the base with smooth leather to prevent chafing. Three large, flat beads join the strips running over the instep. The dark beads complement the rich natural brown tone of the leather and dress up this casual slip-on style. The Miriam leather flip-flop can be worn with dresses or trousers.
