MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

The Bullet Proof Vests and Bullet Proof Jackets are fashioned at the highest standards, adhering to a Quality Control Program.
The Ballistic Panels come with a five (5) year guarantee from their issue date that they will be free of imperfections in material or in craftsmanship.
From the date of purchase, the Outer Shell comes with a twenty-four (24) month guarantee that it will be without flaws in material or craftsmanship.
If imperfections exist in the product, the vest can be returned to us, and we will either fix or replace the flawed part or the full vest according to our judgment.
THE WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE ONLY TO THE INITIAL USER/PURCHASER.
If the user does not abide by the recommended washing and maintenance instructions or if the vest is used abnormally or subjected to maltreatment, the Warranty becomes null and void.

THIS WARRANTY TAKES THE PLACE OF ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING UNDERSTOOD WARRANTIES OF QUALITY AND SUITABILITY. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO DAMAGES WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
