In Givat Ada near Haifa, there is a wonderful less known olive farm called Etz Hasadeh, which translates to the tree of the field. The farm produces top quality extra virgin olive oil with a distinctly Israeli flavor, a mix of spice together with a neutralizing bitter. The olive oil is good for frying, cooking and for seasoning. A great idea for a gift.
