This olive oil has been made using Koroneiki olives which have a grassy taste which pairs perfectly with salads. The aromas of cut grass and almonds give over the taste of nature and gentleness to the olive oil.

Its pH level does not exceed 0.8% and it does not contain an organolptic defect (taste and odor defect)
