This beautiful delicacy made by Galil Mountain Winery is a stunning Viognier whose grapes were grown by the Yaron winery of the Upper Galilee region. A dry, kosher, white wine, it is a fruity and aromatic Viognier with a yellowish color. It features scents of fresh nectarine, pear, green plum, lime, toasted almonds and honey, with a pleasant and balanced tartness, a silky texture. and a caressing finish. 80% of the wine is fermented using the cold fermentation technique in stainless steel containers, and 20% is fermented in new French oak barrels. The wine which was fermented in barrels is then aged on the yeast for 4 months.
