The Golani Distillery makes beautiful Israeli whisky out of wheat and barley, part product of the land, since the two grains grow in wonderful abundance in the Golan heights, and part imported top notch grain. This lovely hand crafted whisky is double wood matured in new charred American oak and also Cabernet oak casks 1300 feet above sea level and for 36 months, and is a very fine and proud spirit of Israel, made in a spot overlooking the Sea of Galilee.
