Description

This is a refreshing and well balanced Israeli wine with good acidity. For best results it is best served chilled. Spring began earlier then expected following a rainy winter season which led to vigorous growth. The fruit was moderate and uniform. The grape vintage was of high quality. The grapes were selectively hand harvested and then gently squeezed in full clusters. After fermentation the grapes were kept in a stainless-steel tank on light yeast lees for several months.
