Made of 80% Sauvignon Blanc grapes and 20% Semillon, the grapes that became this wonderful wine are sourced from the Jerusalem hills and the upper Galilee. Harvested by hand, this Israeli wine's flavor is comprised of the green freshness and tropical taste of the Sauvignon Blanc, and the depth and complexity of the Semillon. A sharp, grassy tart wine, it has the aroma of green apples and pomegranates.
