The 2011 harvest was characterized by unseasonal heat followed by a cool May, especially on the slopes of the Golan Heights, which rise from 400m to 1,200m above sea level. The resulting harvest was then allowed to ferment slowly, which gives this bottle its distinctive aroma.

The end product is a special bottle of wine, in which the aroma of citrus and tropical fruits will immediately hit you. It is tempered by the hints of pine needles and mint, which all add up to a quite stunning and lively flavor.
