Haggadah of Pesach
Passover, known in Hebrew as Pesach is the Jewish festival celebrating the Exodus from Egypt. Passover falls every year in the Spring time, and is celebrating for seven days in Israel, and eight days by Jews in the USA, UK, Europe and the rest of the world. The Passover Seder happens on the first or first two nights of Pessach, and is celebrated by Jews all over the world gathering with family and friends to remember the redemption from Egypt and the formation of the Jewish nation, culminating in the receiving of the Torah on Mount Sinai. Seder means Order in Hebrew, and Seder night follows a strict order including symbolic actions and texts. The book used to guide the participants in a Seder night is called a Haggadah, from the Hebrew word to tell.
