This wonderful Ben Jewelry necklace embraces two symbols and merges them in a rather interesting manner. The Star of David is attributed for the most part to Judaism, possibly originating with King David himself. The Hebrew name for the symbol is ‘Magen David’ which translates to Shield of David, so perhaps it had to do with his shield - although proof that it originates with him at all doesn’t exist. Nowadays however, the symbol has come to be connected with the Jewish People.

As such, when a primarily Jewish State was created in the land of Israel, they chose the Star of David as their national symbol and put it on the flag, along with two blue stripes symbolizing the stripes on a Tallit.

This interestingly unique necklace has the flag of Israel on the big Star of David. ultimately creating a star within a star and allowing you to wear a necklace that will show your love for both nation and country of Israel.
