Crafted by the israeli artist Yair Emanuel, this beautiful silver colored Kiddush cup, made from anodized aluminium, has a cone shape. It is also adorned with a turquoise bead for a stem and comes with a matching plate.
This beautiful Judaica item is a silver colored Kiddush cup made of anodised silver that is perfect for reciting the blessing over the wine from the fruit of the vine on Shabbat or Jewish holidays. The cup has a wide mouth for ease of use and narrows towards the stem that is made of a single turquoise bead. It has a matching saucer that can be used to insert and carry the cup easily. Both pieces have been hammered by hand to make them look textured by Yair Emanuel
Kiddush cups are used to recite a special blessing known as Kiddush over wine, preferably, or grape juice on Shabbat. This ritual serves to sanctify Shabbat as a spate day from the rest and serve as a bridge the users in a day of rest and tranquillity.
