Very good product! Exactly I expected!! Congratulations to Israel -catalog.com Unfortunately, the treatment to consumers by UPS BRAZIL (São Paulo ) was terrible , bad behavior, not interested in consumer needs , difficult to get de product. All began when an employee call me to inform that I needed to pay a tax (all right .. it happens in Brazil ) previously to get .. so it would take more time .. An option they told me was to go to the UPS distribution Center em São Paulo (south zone ).. when I arrived there .. also began manny efforts to get the product .. because the UPS employee was unable , and not interested to help me … I waited for 45 minutes to obtains another employee help .. than I get my product
