Rikmat Elimelech was founded in 1949 on a moshav in northern Israel called Kfar Pines, a small town with only about 100 families, near Haifa, and has found attention and love over the years worldwide due to their stunning designs of handwoven and embroidered Judaica and their standard of quality.
An Israeli company that specializes in Judaica textiles, handwoven as well as embroidered, they make unique tallit prayer shawls and tallit and tefillin bags, and more, all with spectacular and inspiring colors and designs.
Rikmat Elimelech offers both more traditional and more modern designs in their range of Judaica products. Elimelech Shweitze, the founder, was a wonderful embroidery artist, and his sense of style has caused many of their products to feature bright, vivid colors, and embroidered themes that appeal to men or women.
They have matching sets of handwoven tallits, tallit bag, tefillin pouch, and kippot, and pure silk products, and silk and wool strong and lovely combination weaves. Their designs range from traditional black, blue or white stripes, to soft and colorful modern options. Tallit bags come in silk or suede as well, and can have the name embroidered on them.
