Wholesale & Drop-Shipping Program Terms and Conditions

This agreement is between Israel-Catalog.com and the wholesale user:

Ordering

Once your wholesale status has been approved, you may login and place your wholesale orders using our shopping cart. All products that you will see are in wholesale prices – please note that you must be logged in as a wholesaler in order to view those prices.
In your account you can manage & save multiple shipping addresses but a single order can be sent only to one address.

Prices

Israel-catalog may change the prices of the products at any time

Payment

For all wholesale accounts, payment is due in full upon placement of order. We do not offer net terms at this time. We accept all payment methods stated in our customer FAQs page. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount upon ordering.

Special Price Quotes

When placing bulk orders, wholesale users can contact Israel-catalog to see if a special price quote can be given. We cannot guarantee to provide you with an even better price but depending on the items you chose and the size of your order – we might be able to give you a better quote.

Packaging
For bulk orders of the same item type and to the same shipping address – we can reduce the handling fee, please contact us if relevant.
A delivery note will be attached to every order indicating the Sender (you) and the Recipient (your customer). Israel-catalog.com will be presented as the vendor.

Coupons
Please note that the standard retail coupons offered to retail customers are not valid for wholesale customers and cannot be used by wholesalers. Only specially-issued coupons wholesale (using a WS prefix to the coupon code) may be used on a wholesale order.

Agreement of Terms

By placing an order with Israel-catalog.com, you hereby understand and agree to abide by all the policies set forth by this agreement. These terms are subject to change at any time and you will be notified of such. We reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order for any reason.

Usage of content and copyrighted material

It is strictly forbidden to copy any type of content (product/page description, titles, images etc.) from Israel-Catalog.com website. If an approved wholesaler whishes to use images he can do so only by using images that are hosted on Israel-catalog.com’s web server (i.e. the HTML attribute “<img src=” should point to Israel-catalog.com domain or sub domain).

Third party
Wholesalers are not allowed to sell Israel-catalg.com’s products to another wholesale third party other then the end user (retail customer)
